Yoga Hens comes to you! Nobody wants to herd hens across town. Whether you’re lounging in a holiday house, or recovering gracefully from the night before, we will rock up to your door. We bring the mats, the vibes, and just enough stretching to shake off the prosecco (or earn the next glass).
ALL LEVELS YOGA
Total beginners are not just welcome—they’re the majority. Yoga Hens classes are designed for all levels, from “I’ve never done yoga” to “I own leggings for this exact moment.” Everything is optional, nothing is intimidating, and poses come with easy options so everyone can join in comfortably. If you can laugh, breathe, and occasionally lie down, you’re already qualified.
FIVE STAR TEACHERS
All Yoga Hens classes are led by our hand-picked dream team of friendly, brilliant yoga teachers who know exactly how to balance zen with a good laugh. They’re fully qualified, wonderfully welcoming, and experts at reading the room—whether your group wants calming stretches, feel-good flows, or a gentle recovery session with plenty of giggles.
